A right chocolatey affair….Shooting the catering at the Wonka movie premiere after party.
Well, this was a rather special one and reminded me of how lucky I am to have the job that I do. It’s not everyday you get invited to a Hollywood movie premiere after party. This wasn’t standard event photography as I was working for the marvellous Food Show, who provided the catering, and wow did they do it in style! Honestly, I’ve never seen an event styled so well, all wonka themed. There was the best sweet shop and chocolate fountain ever! Candy floss clouds! Wonka themed food and drink served under illuminated umbrellas! As well as an awesome dancefloor and party vibe full of celebrities!
Yes I did dip a few things in the chocolate fountain and yes I did get a bag of sweets (or two) from the sweet shop and at the end of the night I felt very grateful to be an event photographer, occasionally enjoying the most random of adventures!
